Return and Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

At NammaKart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

At NammaKart Grocery Private Limited, we do not accept returns for products unless they are damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

The issue must be reported immediately at the time of delivery or within 30 minutes with proof (photo/video).

The product must be in the same condition as received.

Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, fresh items) are only eligible if delivered spoiled or unfit for consumption.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at nammakartgrocery@gmail.com / 7217214283 within30 minutes  of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
  2. Once your return is authorised, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  3. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.

Please note that we must receive your returned item within 30 minutes of return authorization.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

Refunds may take 7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at nammakartgrocery@gmail.com / 7217214283 . Exchanges are subject to availability.
